👶 Age Requirements

EyesOnMe loves children! However, due to our limited space, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment. Only children who have scheduled appointments are permitted in the salon. For safety reasons, no child may be left unsupervised at any time on the premises.

📅 Reservations

EyesOnMe is an appointment-only salon. To ensure your preferred time and stylist, we recommend booking in advance online or by text at (857)333-6268

Some services require a credit card at the time of reservation to secure your appointment.

👗 Clothing & Personal Belongings

Please wear appropriate clothing for your service, as there is always a possibility of water or product stains. Smocks are available upon request to help protect your clothing.

Clients are responsible for keeping all personal belongings with them at all times.

EyesOnMe Salon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stained personal items or clothing.

💳 Payments

We accept all major credit cards and cash (cash receives a discounted price).

No checks accepted.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to your credit card.

  • No-shows or failure to notify us will result in a 100% charge for all reserved services.

💖 Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices. Tips are graciously accepted at your discretion.

Industry standard gratuity ranges from 18%–20% of the service total.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are perfect for any occasion and are available in any dollar amount.

They may be purchased online through our Book Appointment page or by phone.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with open wounds in the treatment area

  • Anyone with head lice

  • Anyone who arrives 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment

    💫 After Hour Appointments

After-hours appointments are available by request, based on stylist availability and with an additional fee, to ensure a premium experience for our guests. 🤍
